BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY:
Buyer acknowledges that he or she is qualified to operate a motor scooter vehicle, and is in
proper physical condition to participate in such activity. Buyer also agrees to assume all risks
when operating or allowing others to operate his or her scooter. If Buyer does not feel
capable of operating the vehicle. He or she must find professional training for such activity.
INHERENT RISKS: Warning! Scooter riding activities involve the risk and danger of serious
bodily injury including, but not limited to, disability, paralysis, dismemberment and death.
These inherent risks and dangers may be caused by buyer's own actions or inactions, the
actions or inactions of others, participating or not participating in the activity, the condition in
which the activity takes place, or the negligence of others. There may be additional risks,
including social and economic loss, either known or unknown to Purchaser, not readily
foreseeable, and buyer fully accepts and assumes responsibility for all such risks, losses,
costs, and damages incurred as a result of Purchaser's participation in scooter riding activity.
SCOOTER BROKERS will repair or replace (LABOR NOT INCLUDED) any part that It
determines to be defective , provided that a copy of the original sales receipt (your costumer's bill of sale) is
shown with the defective part.
This warranty is limited to the moving parts (non-cosmetic) of the vehicle , and will be void by any of the
following reasons:
1. Any misuse of the vehicle
2. If vehicles suffers an accident
3. If any repairs or maintenance are perform by personal non qualify for the job
4. If vehicle is used as a rental vehicle
5. If owners fails to have vehicle service (regular maintenance)by qualify personal
6. If owner does not follow instructions provided in the owners manual about the care
maintenance and correct break in of the scooter
7. If owner alters the vehicle or any of its components.
8. If any performance parts are installed in the vehicle ,without first consulting with US.
9. Any damages caused due to the owners negligence or tampering of the vehicle.
All defective parts must be send to our warehouse for close
inspection,and must have attached the original costumers bill of
sale.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS THE FOLLOWING PARTS:
ENGINE: Engine long block assembly, including all internal lubricated parts, i.e. rings, pistons, pins, crankshaft and, main
bearings, the connecting rods, and rod bearings, camshaft bearings, timing chain gears, rocker arms, valve springs, valve
guides, valve seats, valve push rods, valve lifters, and oil pump. Additionally, the engine head (s), engine block and cylinder
barrels will be covered if they are solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated
components specified above. The Cooling system must be in good working order including cooling fans. Accessory items,
including but not limited to electrical components of all types (distributor, alternator and all sensors and electrical control
devices), fuel systems, gaskets, seals, filters, mounts linkage and fluids are not covered by this agreement.
TRANSFER CASE: All internal lubricated parts contained within the transfer case. The transfer case itself will be covered if
damage solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components contained within
the transfer case. Accessory items, including but not limited to, U-joints, electrical components, linkage, seals, gaskets,
mounts or fluids are not covered by this Agreement.DIFFERENTIAL: All internal lubricated parts contained within the drive
axle housing case. The drive axle housing itself if damaged solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more or the
internal lubricated components contained the drive axle housing. Accessory items, including but not limited to, backing
plates, all brake system components, cables, controls, linkage, vents, pumps, U-joints, electrical controls, mounts, seals,
gaskets, and fluids are not covered by this Agreement. TRANSMISSION (Automatic or Standard): All internal lubricated parts
contained within the transmission case. The transmission case itself if damaged solely as a result of mechanical failure of
one or more of the internal lubricated components contained within the transmission case. The Complete hydraulic system
must be flushed including integral transfer case, oil cooler, lines, and new filter(s) installed Accessory items, including but
not limited to, modulators, governors, electrical controls, linkage, mounts, seals, gaskets, and fluids are not covered by this
Agreement.
SCOOTER BROKERS will send you a replacement part within 48 hours upon considering
the part to be defective .If we encounter the part to be in good working condition or a
damage due to any of the reasons mentioned above ,we will replace the part at cost.
Some parts may have to be shipped directly from the manufacturer in china .
Costumer must pay all shipping charges for any part requested under
warranty All parts must be removed and install by a qualified small engine
(49cc) mechanic and mechanic's receipt must be shown in order to verify
correct assembly and or work performed on the scooter.
Shipping
Scooters are shipped in the original crate from the manufacture ,all scooters are insured
against damage or lost during shipping. In the event of damage or lost , buyer must contact
carrier to submit an insurance claim . All insurance claims must be conducted within the
buyer and the carrier (freight company ) .
Returns
. **15 % restocking fee on all returned merchandise
**costumer pays for all shipping charges to return merchandise
**merchandise must be undamaged
